I'm not sure what all the hype is about Merchant. The coffee was just okay, and the service left much to be desired. I won't be returning to 1707 Post Oak Boulevard, Houston, TX 77056 anytime soon.

Merchant left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

I had higher hopes for Merchant. The coffee at 1707 Post Oak Boulevard, Houston, TX 77056 was decent, but it didn't wow me. Given the rave reviews, I had expected a more memorable coffee experience at Merchant. While the coffee was certainly good, it didn't leave a lasting impression.

I was excited to try Merchant, but it fell short of my expectations. The coffee lacked depth of flavor, and the prices were steep. I won't be returning anytime soon.
