So, I checked out Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip in 605 Town Square Boulevard, Garland, TX 75040, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
