I had high hopes for No Dogs Allowed Saloon, nestled in the heart of 8001 Fouts Place, Amarillo, TX 79121, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
