I can't resist the pastries at Pasteles Bakery & Coffee Shop. 1701 Hidalgo Street, Laredo, TX 78040 has the flakiest croissants in town! The buttery, flaky perfection of their croissants is the ideal companion to their coffee offerings. Each bite is a delightful experience.
