I had a disappointing experience at Pink Beet Cafe. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 2310 West Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, TX 76092 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.

So, I ventured into Pink Beet Cafe in 2310 West Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, TX 76092, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
