I hit up Pop Top Coffee Shop in 120 North Dallas Street, Ennis, TX 75119 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
