I have mixed feelings about my experience at Sent Cha at 2701 Custer Parkway, Richardson, TX 75080. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.

I stopped by Sent Cha for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.

Sent Cha is the best coffee shop in 2701 Custer Parkway, Richardson, TX 75080. The cappuccinos are always perfectly frothed, and the staff is welcoming. It's my happy place.

I'm sorry to say that Sent Cha left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
