So, I ventured into Serene Beans in 5609 3rd Street, Katy, TX 77493, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.

The café's rustic charm and dim lighting make it a cozy hideout. The staff here is so passionate about coffee that they practically recite love sonnets to every bean. I'm hooked!
