If you're ever in 125 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75023, you've got to check out Stir Cafe. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
