I had the pleasure of sipping on some coffee at T A P today. Nestled in 3100 Highway 365, Port Arthur, TX 77642, it's a quaint coffee joint with a chill vibe. The iced coffee I ordered was refreshing, and the staff were friendly. If you're in the area, give it a shot.
