So, I dropped by Tea Embassy/Tea Treasures at 8906 Wall Street, Austin, TX 78754, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
