Kudos to Teahouse Smoothies for their excellent service at 16535 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77479. The latte art was a masterpiece, and the barista's passion for coffee was evident in every cup. It's a spot that knows how to make you feel special.

Unfortunately, my experience at Teahouse Smoothies was less than impressive. The coffee was lackluster, and the ambiance was far from captivating at the 16535 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77479 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

I had a terrible experience at Teahouse Smoothies. The coffee at 16535 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77479 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Teahouse Smoothies managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
