So, I dropped by Tequila Sunrise at 11701 Gateway Boulevard West, El Paso, TX 79936, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
