Yo, Teri'S Tavern is where it's at if you're in 2120 South 11th Street, Waco, TX 76706. Their cappuccino was perfection, and the foam game was strong. The café had this artsy, bohemian vibe with mismatched chairs and local artwork. Definitely a cool spot to get your coffee fix.
