So, I walked into The Tea Mistress at 1009 3rd Street, Seabrook, TX 77586 and got myself a latte. Let me tell you, it was like a warm hug for my soul. The place is low-key and down-to-earth, just my kind of spot. The barista was cool and knew their stuff. If you're in the hood, don't miss this gem.

So, The Tea Mistress in 1009 3rd Street, Seabrook, TX 77586 – it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.
