So, I stumbled upon Thistle Cafe in 1501 South Mo Pac Expressway, Austin, TX 78746, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

Thistle Cafe at 1501 South Mo Pac Expressway, Austin, TX 78746 is my sanctuary for a good reason. The espresso shots are rich and bold, just the way I like them. The attention to detail in every cup makes it worth every visit, and I couldn't recommend it more.

So, I checked out Thistle Cafe in 1501 South Mo Pac Expressway, Austin, TX 78746, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
