I had a terrible experience at Xela Coffee Roasters. The coffee at 4409 Canal Street, Houston, TX 77011 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Xela Coffee Roasters managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
